A new restaurant in town is connected to many residents in a most unusual way.

Since opening Pacentro’s Pizzeria in March of 2003, Guy & Tamara Celeste have found that many area residents have roots in the town after which the Restaurant is named after.

On August 10, 2006 Guy and Tamara open the doors to there new location which is located at 1034 Pennsylvania Avenue called Pacentro’s Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria. Then on October 17, 2011 Guy & Tamara Celeste opened another location at the Hopewell Shopping Center in Hopewell Township. Guy says the town in which his parents are from is very small, with only about a 1000 residents, which makes it surprising that so many people from this area have family there and actually recognize the many pictures that cover the restaurant walls.

Guy was born in Sewickley and in 1973 moved to Italy as a child with his family and then returned in 1979, I’ve always wanted to own my own restaurant says Guy, coming from a family of restaurant entrepreneurs started by his uncle back in 1954 in Fresno California and still going strong today.

Guys' training was the old fashion way he says, through trial and error and a strong passion for the restaurant business. The recipe for the dough, which is made fresh on the premises, is hand-tossed, the sauces for all of our pasta dishes are made fresh to order and Guy says his signature dish the spicy Chicken and Shrimp in his homemade Alfredo sauce kicked up a notch is to die for. Guy and Tamara would like to thank the area residents as well as all of our loyal customers for the opportunity.
